About the Company

Responsibilities
- Analyze client tenders and needs (DCE, CCTP, DPGF, etc.)
- Conduct technical audits and site visits
- Define operational organizations and maintenance plans
- Estimate multi-technical maintenance services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, GTB/GTC, SSI, etc.)
- Build subcontracting budgets, business plans, and profitability analyses
- Consult and negotiate with partners and subcontractors
- Participate in drafting technical memorandums and commercial presentations
- Support the transfer of contracts to operational teams
Requirements
- Technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5)
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-technical maintenance
- Experience in price studies, estimation, or pre-sales
- Experience in Facility Management is highly appreciated
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reactive skills
