Facility Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Prioritize maintenance and repairs of company equipment and buildings
• Perform shop upkeep including replacing door handles, painting, and changing light bulbs
• Transport equipment as needed
• Implement safety policies and procedures
• Execute long term strategic plans for routine maintenance
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors
• Travel 1–2 times per month to support maintenance needs at St Louis locations

Requirements

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
