Facility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage plant infrastructure, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure operational continuity
• Plan and supervise investment projects, including risk analysis and preventive actions
• Oversee service contracts, repairs, and the work of external contractors
• Maintain the technical and visual condition of buildings, installations, and site surroundings
• Monitor and optimize utility consumption to ensure continuous supply
• Coordinate the implementation of ESD protection systems and conduct training
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Lean Manufacturing systems such as 5S, TPM, and SMED
• Manage preventive maintenance reviews and maintain fixed asset records

Requirements

• Higher education in automation, robotics, mechanics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance (industrial plant experience preferred)
• Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentation (2D/3D)
• Valid Category B driving license
• SEP qualifications up to 1 kV (preferred)
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
