About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage plant infrastructure, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure operational continuity
- Plan and supervise investment projects, including risk analysis and preventive actions
- Oversee service contracts, repairs, and the work of external contractors
- Maintain the technical and visual condition of buildings, installations, and site surroundings
- Monitor and optimize utility consumption to ensure continuous supply
- Coordinate the implementation of ESD protection systems and conduct training
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Lean Manufacturing systems such as 5S, TPM, and SMED
- Manage preventive maintenance reviews and maintain fixed asset records
Requirements
- Higher education in automation, robotics, mechanics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance (industrial plant experience preferred)
- Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and technical documentation (2D/3D)
- Valid Category B driving license
- SEP qualifications up to 1 kV (preferred)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
