Facility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and resolve facility-related issues
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support facility upgrades, repairs, and renovations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service reports
• Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for facility management

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in facility engineering or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and facility management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
