Facility Custodian

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility by removing trash, cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas
• Assist with proper upkeep of building exteriors, railings, and grounds
• Clean and sanitize equipment and fixtures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Identify and report basic maintenance issues and assist with quick fixes such as lightbulbs and filter changes
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
