Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage facility management for stores to ensure smooth operations
• Project manage store projects including new openings, renovations, expansions, and closures
• Coordinate with construction partners, landlords, property management, and external service providers
• Evaluate offers and ensure cost, quality, and JYSK standard compliance
• Participate in the budget process, including invoice and ongoing cost control
• Manage permit processes and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained
• Monitor construction projects and support safety, fire protection, and operating cost topics
• Identify and implement optimizations to reduce energy and operating costs
• Support site acquisition, ticket processing, and administrative tasks including contract management

Requirements

• Technical or construction-related training or several years of experience in a comparable environment
• Experience in facility management is an advantage
• Organizational talent with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• High level of initiative and pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid B permit
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland with occasional overnight stays
