Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome visitors, customers, and suppliers.
• Support reception duties and daily office activities.
• Prepare, manage, and inspect meeting rooms.
• Coordinate maintenance work and manage facility suppliers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for building management, technical services, and external parties.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, including periodic stock counts.
• Process administrative tasks using digital systems like Rydoo.
• Support safety procedures, BHV activities, and building security.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment in common areas such as the pantry, coffee corner, and reception.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and follow up on necessary actions.

Requirements

• MBO 4+ or HBO level of professional and intellectual ability.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week.
• Flexibility to start work between 08:30 and 09:00.
• Fluency in the Dutch language.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in facility services, hospitality, office support, or workplace services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems.
