Facility Caretaker

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs to furniture, lighting, door locks, and plumbing fixtures
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, offices, and outdoor areas to ensure safety and functionality
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger repair projects and supervise service providers
• Act as the central point of contact for employees regarding technical or organizational facility issues
• Manage office moves, workspace setups, and the assembly of office furniture
• Handle courier and errand services, including transporting materials and components between locations
• Oversee waste management, including sorting, organizing bulk waste, and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas

Requirements

• Hands-on technical skills with a basic understanding of building systems
• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar operational role
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluency in English for communicating with international colleagues and service providers
• Physically resilient and able to handle manual tasks and office moves
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
