About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of office facilities and workplace operations for the Boulder multi-site office
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, landlords, and vendors
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, security, and workplace improvements
  • Oversee workplace budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor contracts
  • Lead site-wide health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, including risk assessments and audits
  • Develop and drive a proactive safety culture and manage emergency preparedness planning
  • Provide on-site support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement activities
  • Offer administrative support to Boulder-based leaders, including calendar and travel coordination

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or office management
  • Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace services
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety programs and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR programs or employee experience initiatives
  • Experience providing executive or administrative support to senior leaders
  • Health and Safety certification or related professional training
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology, aerospace, or high-growth environment
