Facilities Technology Specialist (Facilities Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to plant facilities and infrastructure.
• Administer and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational availability.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Manage spare parts inventories and maintenance resources.
• Diagnose and resolve technical failures using analysis methodologies such as 5 Whys or 8D.
• Interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams to support troubleshooting.
• Manage maintenance workflows and documentation through SAP PM.
• Support hydraulic systems (chilled and potable water) and pneumatic systems (compressors).
• Supervise fire protection, alarm, and suppression systems.
• Participate in energy-saving projects and monitor energy management systems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of automated lighting and grounding systems.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architecture.
• 2-3 years of experience in facilities or utilities within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Experience with project planning and management.
• Experience in preventive maintenance administration and contractor supervision.
• English language skills are desirable.

• Proficiency in SAP PM for maintenance management.
