Facilities Technology Specialist (Facilities Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to plant facilities and infrastructure.
• Administer and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational availability.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
• Manage spare parts inventories and maintenance through SAP PM.
• Diagnose and resolve technical failures using analysis methodologies such as 5 Whys or 8D.
• Support and maintain hydraulic systems (chilled and potable water) and pneumatic systems (compressors).
• Supervise fire protection systems, alarms, and suppression systems.
• Participate in energy-saving projects and monitor energy management systems.
• Ensure the correct operation of automated lighting and grounding systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in facilities or utilities within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in project planning and management.
• Experience in preventive maintenance administration and contractor supervision.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Experience with SAP PM is highly desirable.
• English language skills are preferred.
