About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform new and ongoing maintenance of facility related duties to support clinic operations
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and lighting issues
- Perform minor repairs to structural surfaces including walls, ceilings, and floors
- Coordinate and escort third-party vendors
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and identify hazards
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules and utilize computerized ticketing systems
- Participate as a member of the safety team and educate staff on safety practices
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Facilities experience
- Trade school or relevant certifications preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work early morning hours, rotational weekends, and holidays
