Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform new and ongoing maintenance of facility related duties to support clinic operations
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair minor electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and lighting issues
• Perform minor repairs to structural surfaces including walls, ceilings, and floors
• Coordinate and escort third-party vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and identify hazards
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and utilize computerized ticketing systems
• Participate as a member of the safety team and educate staff on safety practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of Facilities experience
• Trade school or relevant certifications preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work early morning hours, rotational weekends, and holidays
