Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout offices, production areas, and warehouses
• Execute preventative maintenance activities on building systems and facility equipment
• Monitor and support facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and compressed air
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including parking lots, sidewalks, and seasonal snow removal
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection documentation
• Respond to facility emergencies and urgent maintenance issues on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of facility, industrial, or property maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training, trade certification, or related education
• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments
