Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance tasks and scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintain inventory and utilize tools and equipment safely
• Keep accurate records of completed work, parts used, and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with facility users and interface with professional contractors
• Respond promptly to work orders and service requests
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in facilities or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand basic schematics and maintenance manuals
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
