Facilities Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment including HVAC, air compressors, boilers, steam systems, and emergency power plants.
• Respond to operational failures and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Perform periodic inspections of plant infrastructure and equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities in management systems or logs.
• Coordinate work with external contractors and vendors.
• Support continuous improvement and energy-saving projects.
• Comply with all industrial safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree or Engineering in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities, or plant engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electricity and HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools.
• Availability to work shifts and perform on-call duties.
