Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and community spaces
• Assist with new move-ins to ensure units are clean and well-prepared
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials promptly
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor plumbing repairs
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas
• Respond to resident requests and enter service requests through company systems
• Monitor property for safety hazards or security concerns
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Learn and maintain pool systems according to company standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical safety
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
