About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine building maintenance including painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
  • Clean building interior, exterior, machinery, and equipment
  • Complete administrative duties and report maintenance statuses to supervisor
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations
  • Manage inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain relationships with contracted vendors
  • Work second shift

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Ability to work outside of normal hours if required
