About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance including painting, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
- Clean building interior, exterior, machinery, and equipment
- Complete administrative duties and report maintenance statuses to supervisor
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain relationships with contracted vendors
- Work second shift
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance manuals
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Ability to work outside of normal hours if required
