Facilities/Support Services Associate - Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Perform facility cleaning and support for manufacturing, research, and production laboratories
• Adhere to strict quality and regulatory standards including GMP, OSHA, DEA, and DEP
• Execute cross-contamination cleaning methods in areas containing radioactive or biohazardous materials
• Prepare cleaning solutions and equipment for autoclaving or disposal
• Complete accurate GMP documentation, including attestation logs, work orders, and training documents
• Operate various electric and battery-powered equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and burnishers
• Monitor waste for radioactive contamination and identify biohazardous waste
• Support recycling programs by staging and preparing glass, paper, corrugate, and plastic for transportation

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, including safety guidelines and operating instructions
• Ability to maintain accurate, legible, and auditable written records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Basic computer proficiency to complete technical training and document work via handheld electronic units
