Facilities Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate the on-site company shuttle to provide safe and timely transportation for employees across the corporate campus
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain shuttle cleanliness and safety standards
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments including product samples, prototypes, and corporate mail
• Prepare outgoing shipments using the UPS shipping portal and manage tracking information
• Assist with onsite event set-ups and breakdowns, including furniture and materials distribution
• Provide reprographic support such as high-volume copying, binding, and presentation preparation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of professional driving experience (corporate shuttle or commercial vehicle preferred)
• Valid Class B driver’s license with Passenger (P) endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, mailroom operations, or corporate facilities support
• Experience working within a corporate office environment
• Familiarity with UPS online shipping portals and package tracking systems
