Facilities Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration (CAL) activities using CMMS
• Develop and maintain PM/CAL master schedules to align with production requirements
• Coordinate vendor-supported activities including scheduling, site access, and documentation
• Track and monitor execution of work orders and escalate overdue activities
• Ensure timely receipt and archival of vendor service reports and calibration certificates
• Generate reports and metrics related to PM/CAL performance and KPI tracking
• Assist in the creation and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and metrology documentation
• Support quality events including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform to develop automated workflows and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience supporting maintenance and calibration programs in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
