Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of cleaning and maintenance tasks completed by suppliers and staff across various office areas
• Manage emergencies with contractors to arrange out-of-hours work and guide them into spaces
• Act as the primary point of contact for Kitt operations during night hours
• Document inspection results and report areas of concern or non-compliance to the Operations team
• Assess the effectiveness of cleaning procedures and recommend enhancements
• Collaborate with cleaning suppliers to address immediate needs and correct deficiencies
• Manage inventory checks for cleaning supplies and other services to ensure they are well-stocked

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, or facilities management, particularly within managed offices
• Unwavering attention to detail and dedication to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Willingness and ability to visit multiple sites across London during night hours
• Valid clean driving licence
