Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations to ensure the workplace is safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard
• Plan and coordinate facilities and workplace services within a corporate healthcare environment
• Contribute to department efficiency through the effective utilization of time and resources
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain a compliant and high-performing workplace
• Manage project requirements and communicate potential interruptions to various departments
• Work hands-on as a team member to ensure the completion of specific projects or activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a facilities environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing teams
• A trades qualification or equivalent experience in facilities management
• Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical certificate
