Facilities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including scheduling, vendor escorting, and performing regular inspections
• Provide project management support for maintenance and tenant improvement projects
• Track facility maintenance spend and provide performance metrics to executive leadership
• Perform risk-based asset management and develop capital expenditure requests for aging assets
• Review quotes and invoices for accuracy, ensuring appropriate pricing for materials, equipment, and labor
• Monitor the internal ticketing system and maintain accurate data within the CMMS
• Manage third-party maintenance providers, including vetting, onboarding, and performance grading

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in facilities management or maintenance
• Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, pneumatic controls, electrical, and fire protection
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, maintenance procedures, and safety rules
• Experience with contract management, procurement, and managing service partners (janitorial, grounds, pest control)
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Associate degree in a construction or maintenance-related field
