About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee Facilities Associate administrative functions across a geographically dispersed portfolio
- Standardize administrative processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
- Manage workload prioritization, task allocation, and coverage across multiple sites
- Lead cross-training efforts to build flexibility and redundancy within the administrative team
- Partner with Facility Managers and site leadership to coordinate administrative support needs
- Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and administrative service delivery
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of administrative, operations, or facilities support experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common administrative systems
- Strong organizational and workload management skills
- Ability to work onsite in St. Petersburg, Florida, 5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate real estate or facilities support
- Experience standardizing processes in a centralized or matrixed environment
- Ability to balance centralized governance with site-specific operational needs

- Competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 – $85,000
