About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee full operations of the location or district to meet business and customer requirements
- Ensure achievement of performance, quality, productivity, cost, and safety objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, and maintenance
- Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance programs
- Implement company policies, procedures, and leadership direction
- Lead, mentor, and support employee development
- Anticipate operational issues and develop effective contingency plans
- Regularly interact with team members and middle management to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma required (post-secondary education preferred)
- 5+ years of experience leading operations in a similar industry
- Proven experience managing and leading teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel 30–50%
