Facilities Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues like spills, lighting, or property damage
• Assist the Associate Manager of Facilities in maintenance and operations
• Manage terrace landscaping, beverage machines, and snack/breakfast inventory
• Restock kitchens, clean high-touch areas, and manage trash removal
• Coordinate setup and breakdown for office events and happy hours
• Deliver mail and packages
• Oversee vendor work and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Execute office and desk moves
• Perform minor carpentry repairs, painting, and installations of artwork or shelving

Requirements

• 2 years of facilities experience
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Slack, or Jira
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 30lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Building Engines
