Facilities Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and work order lifecycles for assigned spaces on the Comcast Corporate Campus
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication
• Coordinate vendors and union trades to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
• Conduct routine floor inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure spaces meet operational standards
• Support facilities-related projects by managing scope, scheduling, vendor coordination, and progress tracking
• Assist with project financials, including requesting proposals, reviewing quotes, and tracking costs
• Coordinate facilities support for campus events, including vendor logistics and building access
• Partner with building management and engineering teams regarding HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in facilities operations, vendor coordination, or a related field
• Experience managing work orders and supporting projects in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
