Their mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions through comprehensive, integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and landscaping across all properties
• Oversee the quality of work performed by outside vendors and contractors
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain safe operations of machinery including agency vans, trucks, and snow removal equipment
• Control inventory of maintenance supplies and materials
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and site safety standards
• Participate in property inspections and address identified issues promptly
• Provide 24-hour emergency response for maintenance, security, and fire systems
• Monitor cleaning staff to ensure high standards of sanitation
• Conduct unit turnovers including cleaning and painting

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and database usage
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting and crawling
• CPR and First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential treatment or supportive housing environments
• Facilities Training Certificate
• Intermediate or advanced skills in MicroMain
