Facilities Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workplace services and coordinate key programs to enhance productivity and manage costs
• Oversee the entire workplace experience, including office maintenance, reception, food services, and office equipment
• Manage health & safety, security, business continuity, and records management protocols
• Mitigate risk and reinforce the employer brand through high-quality workplace environments
• Translate evolving business needs into practical workplace solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, specifically focusing on workplace services and soft services
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
• Prevention Advisor Level 3 certification
• Solid knowledge of Belgian regulatory requirements and compliance related to facilities operations
• Ability to travel occasionally for office visits and project initiatives
