Facilities Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in offices, kitchens, pantries, restrooms, and conference rooms
• Set up conference rooms and support company events
• Restock kitchen supplies, pantry items, and copy/printer areas
• Assist with office moves, basic furniture handling, and equipment inventory
• Perform simple repairs and report complex issues to the Facilities Manager
• Receive, scan, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare and process outgoing mail
• Provide coverage in the fitness center, including restocking towels and toiletries
• Answer phones and support clients at the front desk as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in facilities, office services, mailroom, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with handheld scanners, email, Word, Adobe, and messaging tools like Teams or Slack
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly and push/pull carts up to 60 lbs
• Manual dexterity for operating office equipment
