Facilities Reliability Tech III

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain pharmaceutical facilities at a world-class level
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation used for all functions of a cGMP facility
• Execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program through routine, periodic, and special inspections to prevent breakdowns of utilities, machinery, and equipment
• Provide support coverage to all shifts as needed, including alarm remediation and trouble call triage
• Support the Facilities Engineering team as part of the weekend and holiday On-Call rotation
• Ensure timely review of GMP records and verify that all work is performed accurately and in compliance
• Assist in training less experienced Reliability Technicians and providing direction on critical plant equipment
• Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, plant utility operations, or refrigeration
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a GMP environment
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems
• Knowledge of predictive facilities maintenance programs
• Understanding of water, gas, electrical utilities, and fire protection systems
• Experience with low humidity control systems
