Facilities Production Support Services Part Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage equipment operations, maintenance, and repair activities for technicians and contracted operators.
• Oversee the safe operation of the Solvent Recovery Plant (SRP), Centralized Electrolyte Storage System (CESS), Hot Oil Boilers (HOB), and environmental equipment.
• Manage Production Support staffing, providing leadership for daily tasks, projects, and workload assignments during assigned shifts.
• Drive CMMS development, including preventive maintenance schedules, daily checks, and KPI reporting.
• Maintain organizational budgets for maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and facility asset replacement.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proven experience managing technical crews and contracted services.
• Proficiency with CMMS (such as Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read both electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Ability to work in both office and outdoor environments, including working at heights and wearing various levels of PPE.
• Flexibility to work adjusted shifts as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Korean language proficiency.
• Experience with project flow, budgeting, and cost reporting.
