Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements
• Clean and sanitize various areas including restrooms, dining areas, golf courses, and kitchen spaces
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Maintain all areas by sweeping, mopping, deck brushing, dusting, and pressure washing
• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies
• Report maintenance needs and hazards to a supervisor immediately
• Complete maintenance checklists
• Assist with storm preparedness and recovery tasks
• Safely operate a trash compactor and maintain the compactor area
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees

Requirements

• Previous experience in a facilities or janitorial role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Experience safely handling cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
