About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain compliance across all sites, including fire safety, gas safety, electrical testing, and water hygiene
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure timely completion
- Track and follow up on remedial actions and document resolutions accurately
- Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews
- Act as a central point of contact for compliance queries from staff, contractors, and management
- Raise, allocate, and monitor tasks within the CAFM system (e.g., Mainteno)
- Assist with contractor management, including onboarding and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate compliance records, certificates, and documentation
- Work closely with Facilities Managers, Health & Safety teams, and external contractors
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management, compliance coordination, or a similar operational role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient with CAFM systems (e.g., Mainteno) and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of statutory compliance requirements within property or facilities environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across multi-site operations
- Knowledge of contractor management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with energy performance, sustainability, or environmental compliance
