About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure standards and budgets are met
  • Perform general interior maintenance including hanging pictures, installing equipment, and repairing office furniture
  • Coordinate facility repairs, maintenance, and daily operations for the Downtown Phoenix office
  • Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and resolve issues raised through the online ticketing system
  • Manage supply inventories and place necessary orders while maintaining budgets
  • Coordinate and support food-related events, including setup and delivery logistics
  • Collaborate on the planning and on-site support of diverse office engagement activities
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces and storage areas

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a technician using standard tools (drills, levelers, wrenches, etc.)
  • Proficiency with G Suite, calendars, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, occasionally requiring team lifting
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain positive and poised in a fast-paced environment
