Facilities Operations Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for the London International Headquarters and support facilities across 13 international offices in Europe, Middle East, and Australia
• Oversee third-party FM service providers responsible for maintenance, hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning, and events
• Coordinate with Global Operations teams, including Real Estate, EHSS, and Workplace Technology, to drive workplace improvement initiatives
• Support the delivery of space changes, refurbishment projects, and operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety obligations, including risk assessments and work permits
• Manage administrative duties such as budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and invoice verification
• Oversee the ServiceNow Facilities Helpdesk and act as a point of contact for building management teams
• Support emergency incident response and deputize for the Facilities Operations Manager when required

Requirements

• Background in Facilities, Office Management, or Workplace Services
• Experience working with third-party FM service providers delivering M&E and workplace services
• International experience working within a global organization or overseeing multiple sites outside the UK
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Proficiency with CMMS/CAFM systems
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate
