Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations and maintenance teams, overseeing both critical and non-critical infrastructure.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to prevent mission interruptions and manage critical spares inventory.
• Interpret and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and annual SOP updates.
• Notify designated personnel of significant facility events and provide detailed summaries and remediation plans to site management.
• Manage training plans for a 24/7 workforce to ensure readiness for site anomalies.
• Integrate new construction projects into the maintenance program, including testing requirements and site acceptance reviews.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Seven (7) years of facilities operations experience.
• Four (4) consecutive years of facilities operations supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in project management concepts, including schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables.
• Experience working in and managing a 24/7/365 operational environment.
• Strong personnel management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
