About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing packages and mail
- Provide reception and guest services by greeting visitors and managing the front desk
- Support conference room setup, breakdown, and event logistics
- Maintain pantry areas, coffee stations, and office supply levels
- Assist with office moves, departmental projects, and general facilities support
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate facilities, hospitality, reception, or workplace services
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed
