Facilities Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain physical infrastructure including trading floors, amenity spaces, and food service areas
• Manage projects covering all aspects of physical infrastructure
• Manage relationships with internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Provide 24/7 critical infrastructure support
• Make well-reasoned engineering decisions related to operational risk

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and operation of mission-critical data centers, trading floors, or similar 24/7 environments
• Familiarity with MEP disciplines including plant infrastructure, CRACs, UPSs, office HVAC, generators, fire prevention, and building management systems
• Professional training in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing facilities maintenance service level agreements (SLAs)
• Strong computer skills and comfort working in an IT-centric environment
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
