About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M), including predictive and preventive maintenance for buildings, central plants, fire protection, and security.
  • Develop equipment maintenance scheduling plans and ensure compliance with US Government and Host Nation codes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of planned maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and increase efficiency.
  • Formulate and enforce operational standards that comply with regulatory, environmental, and contractual requirements.
  • Hire, train, and lead a competent, technically savvy workforce.
  • Guarantee the continuity of critical infrastructure operations in a 24x7 mission-support environment.
  • Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to achieve reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates.
  • Draft comprehensive reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • Minimum of two consecutive years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Experience working in 24x7x365 operational environments requiring close coordination with mission operations.
  • Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation equipment.
  • Ability to read construction design and equipment drawings.
  • Experience in operations management, construction/renovation projects, and large-scale facility logistics.
  • Proficiency in project management concepts including schedule, scope, cost, and risk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of process improvement models such as LEAN/Six Sigma or ISO 9000.
  • Experience developing building recapitalization plans.
  • Experience integrating complex project schedules.
