About the Company

Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintenance plans for preventative maintenance
  • Conduct site-wide maintenance such as painting, patching walls, and replacing tiles or carpet
  • Coordinate complex projects or maintenance across various disciplines
  • Manage site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed
  • Open, track, and resolve work orders on a CMMS
  • Coordinate maintenance with contractors and occupants to minimize downtime
  • Adhere to electrical and mechanical safety standards

Requirements

  • Degree, license, or certification in a professional mechanical trade plus 3 years of experience, or 10 years of trade experience with advanced technical ability
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work all shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform tasks involving climbing, bending, and standing
  • Ability to work at elevated heights using ladders

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to perform intermediate preventative, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance on critical equipment
  • Strong understanding of tools and technical documentation
  • Willingness to lead and mentor junior technicians
