Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, maintenance teams, and vendor relationships to ensure high standards of safety and appearance.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and oversee contracted service vendors, including janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Perform hands-on management tasks such as inspecting stores, monitoring HVAC and fire suppression systems, and ensuring housekeeping standards.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and checklists for major structural repairs.
• Assist the Operations Director with budget preparation, capital expenditure identification, and RFP processes.
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations, safety policies, and municipal building codes.
• Maintain productive communication with Center Management, tenants, and shoppers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in facilities or property management.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, fire suppression systems, electrical, and irrigation controls.
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends on a rotation.
