Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities operations for manufacturing, engineering, integration, test, and office areas
• Maintain high uptime for critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, and fire protection
• Build and run preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Lead facilities technicians, contractors, and third-party service providers
• Manage site improvement projects such as layout changes, equipment moves, and utility drops
• Implement scalable facilities processes including work-order intake and spare parts management
• Manage facilities budgets, purchase requests, and vendor negotiations
• Provide on-call support for urgent facilities issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or industrial site operations
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, test, or warehouse operations
• Hands-on understanding of HVAC, electrical, compressed air, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and technicians
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond and Woodinville, WA
• Ability to respond to urgent issues outside normal business hours
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for authorization under U.S. export regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rate manufacturing environments (automotive, aerospace, electronics, etc.)
• Experience supporting 24/7 or high-uptime production environments
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of OSHA, EHS requirements, and hazardous materials
• Experience managing facility expansions or rapid site buildouts
