About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a maintenance team to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards
- Oversee the general upkeep of the centre to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Proactively identify and resolve faults with machinery and facility infrastructure
- Plan and manage workloads effectively to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with the centre team and guests regarding any facility or equipment issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team
- Strong general DIY skills, including painting, decorating, plumbing, and non-electrical maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good IT literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong organizational and workload planning abilities
- Flexibility regarding working hours to meet business needs
