About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance and general upkeep of the facility, office space, and equipment
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections
  • Manage vendor relationships for large projects, cleaning, and security
  • Monitor facilities-related budgets and expenses
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and manage procurement
  • Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies

Requirements
