Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations at HQ and additional Southern California locations to ensure workspaces are safe and functional
• Manage and lead the Facilities staff, including providing direction, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Handle financial management including billing, invoicing, expense reconciliation, and budget tracking (OPEX)
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• Source, onboard, and manage third-party vendors to ensure service quality and contract adherence
• Partner with HR, IT, and Security to support workspace planning, equipment logistics, and safe operations
• Maintain building permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in facilities management or workplace operations
• 2+ years of people management experience leading and developing teams
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and vendor management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budget tracking and reporting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access rooftops or mechanical rooms
• Ability to work onsite in Calabasas, CA, including occasional evenings or weekends
