Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-floor office environment, ensuring all areas are functional, clean, safe, and well maintained
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring SLAs
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, fire, and building regulations
• Manage office layout, seating plans, and workspace optimisation
• Manage the facilities budget, monitoring spend and identifying cost efficiencies
• Oversee security systems, access control, and business continuity planning
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction across all sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities or workplace management experience
• Experience managing multi-floor office environments (5,000+ sqm preferred)
• Proven experience leading and managing operational teams
• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and health and safety legislation
• Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office / Google Workspace
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
