Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage full FM scope including Energy, Cleaning, Waste, Pest Management, and Technical installations
• Act as FM Category Manager defining strategy and driving cost optimization
• Lead sourcing and procurement of Facility Service Providers
• Monitor portfolio condition and plan lifecycle investments
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites
• Maintain accurate asset and maintenance data in Planon
• Monitor site energy consumption and drive efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Operations to align facility plans with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, construction, or real estate
• Proven experience in activity-based budgeting and operational planning
• Strong supplier and contract management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
• Analytical and data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Facility Management or Project Management certifications
• Experience in energy management
• Background in the retail industry
• Experience within a large international organization
