Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related requests and manage the Facilities email inbox
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the SF headquarters and support NYC, New Jersey, and LA offices
  • Manage kitchen and office supply procurement and monitor spend
  • Maintain office equipment, furniture, and common areas while coordinating repairs with vendors
  • Manage employee badge and access control systems
  • Source, onboard, and manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering
  • Oversee the company vehicle fleet, including maintenance, registrations, insurance, and compliance
  • Negotiate service agreements and act as the primary liaison with building management
  • Maintain emergency preparedness plans and ensure compliance with health and safety codes
  • Directly manage and develop one Office Specialist
  • Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics and employee experience improvements

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or office operations
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company environment
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Experience with access control and building management systems
  • Proven ability to lead and develop at least one direct report
  • Highly organized and comfortable being on-call for urgent issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multi-office operations across multiple cities
  • Prior fleet or vehicle management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field
