Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and alteration of operational areas, including office, manufacturing, warehouse, and exterior spaces
• Coordinate construction trades, contractors, and various facility improvement projects
• Manage facility safety and training programs, including OSHA compliance, Hazmat, and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment, specifically injection molding and CNC machines
• Plan, budget, and schedule regional facilities modifications, including cost estimates and contract reviews
• Perform 5S audits and ensure timely completion of all preventative maintenance activities
• Develop long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for facility infrastructure
• Act as a liaison to public utilities, environmental agencies, and energy agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an engineer or project manager
• Proficiency in CAD design for building, equipment, and process floor layouts
• Hands-on experience working with, debugging, and maintaining injection molding and CNC machines
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
